The Delectable Palate: Personal Chef Service is owned and operated by Susan Inouye. After graduating with honors from Johnson and Wales University in 1996 with a Culinary Arts degree she was hired at a large hotel to work in their
fine dining restaurant and pastry department. Since 1998 she has been working in catering and has thoroughly enjoyed the many challenges that it presents. Education and experience provide her with knowledge to help people create memorable spectacular events and meals.
